Insurance:

HSCC 658/Rain Condo’s – Oakville, ON: The board chose to insure through FS Insurance Brokers national program due to the significantly better coverage offered versus the incumbent

TSCC 2479/The Berwick – Toronto, ON: Better coverage and better value by insuring through our National Program

Windswept Condominium Association – Millsboro, DE: Broker partner improved coverage for this new FirstService Residential client; reduced Wind Deductible from $100,000 to $25,000 increased Umbrella from $2,000,000 to $5,000,000 and provided private Flood coverage that was $20,000 less in premium when compared to the NFIP

Hudson Village Condominium Association – Newark, DE: Partner broker marketed the account to other carriers and saved the association $4,000 in premium with similar coverage

Foxfield at Naaman’s Creek HOA – Garnet Valley, PA: The association received similar coverage and saved $10,000 at renewal by going to bid with partner broker

Bulle Rock Community Association – Havre de Grace, MD: Client received enhanced coverage with Guaranteed Replacement Cost and close to $9,000 in savings by moving to partner broker at renewal

Brewerytown Square Condominium – Philadelphia, PA: Partner broker marketed the account to other carriers and saved the client over $4,000 in premium at the renewal

1301 Soho – Tampa, FL: Renewal saved $4,788 while maintaining the same coverages

Windy Pointe HOA – Cutler Bay, FL: Expiring premium reduced from $13,600 to $4,200
