Brickell House Condominium – Miami, FL: Partner agent was able to save the association over $29,000 while lowering the Hurricane deductible from 3% to 2%

Il Villaggio Condominium – Miami Beach, FL: By renewing the insurance program with our partner agent, the association realized over $54,000 in savings and lowered their Hurricane deductible from 3% to 2%

Brewerytown Square Condominium – Philadelphia, PA: Broker partner saved the association over $20,000 by marketing the account to several carriers

Renaissance on the Ocean – Long Branch, NJ: Client obtained 68% in premium savings over the past 2 years by moving to broker partner; saved $55,000 in 2016 and $19,000 this year, totaling $74,000 in savings overall

Riverview Towers Apartments – Red Bank, NJ: Partner broker significantly improved the Wind/Hail, Named Windstorm and Water Damage deductibles in addition to saving the client over $26,000 in premium.

Litchfield Plantation – Pawleys Island, SC: Insurance review requested by the manager revealed that property coverage needed to be placed; broker partner was able to bind adequate coverage prior to the hurricane moratorium

Harbour Pointe at Perdido Key – Perdido Key, FL: Bank analysis approved by board, increasing the association’s return by $5,000

Oceanview Building A – Sunny Isles, FL: The Board approved our banking recommendation and their annual interest yield will increase by over $7,000

Bella Ventana– Orange County, CA: Helped association increase portfolio’s average yield by 49% by rebalancing their accounts
