Chancery Square – Fairfax, VA (Assisted by Christine Loveless): The association received a savings of 67% with similar coverage by moving to partner broker at renewal.

Quince Orchard Park I – Gaithersburg, MD (Assisted by Staci Gelfound): The association received significantly better Liability coverage and also Extended Replacement Cost for Property coverage by moving to partner agent for the same premium.

Silo Point Condominium – Baltimore, MD (Assisted by Chris Petrik): Partner broker negotiated a savings of $14,000 at renewal with the incumbent package carrier.

Park at Courthouse – Arlington, VA (Assisted by Shalonda Jones): Client obtained savings of $38,000 (58%) with enhanced coverage by moving to broker partner at renewal; went from non-admitted carriers to an admitted Package carrier, reduced water damage deductible from $100,000 to $50,000, removed General Liability deductible and now has Flood & Earthquake coverage that was previously excluded.

Northridge Village HOA – Phoenixville, PA (Assisted by Roger Maciak): The account renewed with a partner broker and a savings of $2,328 and additional D&O and Crime coverages. The Association now has a $5M Umbrella policy and Workers’ Compensation coverage.
