CASH MANAGEMENT

Union Square at Broadway HOA – San Diego, CA: Rebalanced portfolio resulting in $12,000 increase of yearly interest income

Icon Owners Association – San Diego, CA: Placed $3,900,000 in settlement funds to insured accounts and will assist with laddering the funds upon determination of construction project schedule

Il Palazzo Condominium Assocation – Houston, TX: Reallocated portfolio in order to reduce risk on over $1,000,000 of uninsured funds

The Vendome Condominium Trust – Boston, MA: Reallocated $800,000 reserve portfolio to increase interest income by $3,711 per year

Kings Oliver Owners Inc. – Brooklyn, NY: Increased annual interest yield by over $2,600 by reallocating $500,000

555 West 23rd Street Condominium – New York, NY: Placed $1,400,000 in settlement funds to help earn additional $8,440 per year

2970 Lake Shore Drive – Chicago, IL: Moved nearly $200,000 into partner banks, increasing annual interest income by over $800

Bella Piazza – Davenport, FL: Increased annual interest yield by $5,200 while adding protection to existing uninsured balances

 

INSURANCE PLACEMENTS

Foothills Village – Calgary, AB: After struggling with three claims in 2015, incumbent broker only offered coverage for 60% of building values. Our broker partner was able to save the client $8,500 in premiums while insuring the full building.

Brickell House – Miami, FL: Delivered $24,000 of savings in addition to improving deductibles and increasing Ordinance & Law coverage

Berkshire at Limestone – Wilmington, DE: Client selected broker partner after being provided with several renewal options enhancing coverage and saving $12,700 over expiring coverage

Sanders Mill at Ashburn Farms – Ashburn, VA: Partner agent was able to increase building coverage, reduce Wind/Hail deductible, and save the client $14,500 over expiring coverage

Stonegate at Faircrest Condo – Centreville, VA: Association moved to partner broker, which enhanced building coverage to Guaranteed Replacement Cost and saved $19,000 from expiring coverage

Wolf Creek – Jacksonville, FL: Placed coverage with partner agent to correct exclusions and valuations on existing coverage
