Signature Place – St. Petersburg, FL: Moved $750,000 from out-of-network banks to in-network bank, increasing return by $5,625

Verona at Deering Bay Condo – Coral Gables, FL: Helped association increase annual interest from $17,872 to $27,789

1010 Midtown Master – Atlanta, GA: Eliminated FDIC-exposure of $850,000 and increased annual interest from $7,852 to $11,509

TDR Tower III Condominium Association – Sunny Isles, FL: Eliminated FDIC-exposure in excess of $1,000,000 while also increasing interest yield from $9,440 to $19,104

Sunland Springs – Mesa, AZ: Helped association increase portfolio’s average interest earned by almost $16,000 and will assist with managing their CD ladder

Les Jardins –Garden Grove CA: Helped association increase annual interest earned by over $4,000

Stonelake Master – Elk Grove, CA: Helped association increase portfolio’s average yield by 163% and will assist with managing their CD ladder

Anthem at Highlands – Henderson, NV: Increased the association’s annual interest earned by over $8,000

Pioneer Meadows – Reno, NV: Helped association increase portfolio’s average yield by 107%

Gleannloch Farms – Houston, TX: Helped association increase annual interest earned by over $26,000 and will assist with managing their CD ladder

 

INSURANCE

Landmark at Doral 2 – Doral, FL: Saved the association over 30% on their insurance premium by moving coverage to partner agent

PSCC 807/90 Absolute – Mississauga, ON: Significantly increased coverage for the board for with only $200 increase over incumbent’s renewal offer

Parklane on Peachtree – Atlanta, GA: Moved to partner agent while improving coverage overall

YRSCC 1192/The Verdale – Markham, ON: Saved the board over $3,000 in premium by switching to our national insurance program while providing better coverage than the incumbent.

Lighthouse Landing – Calgary, AB: Saved board nearly $10,000 in insurance premium over their renewal and provided new coverages including Environmental Liability, Data Security and Terrorism (not offered by their incumbent broker)

Highland Beach Club – Highland Beach, FL: Significantly improved insurance program by increasing Ordinance or Law coverage from $1,000,000 to $3,000,000, increasing Wind Driven Rain from $100,000 to $1,000,000, and lowered the deductible from $10,000 to $2,500

Bayfront Tower – St. Petersburg, FL: Saved the association $10,000 on expiring premium while improving coverage

Beachfront North Condominium – Long Branch, NJ: Drove a competitive bid process that resulted in increased property coverage, lower water damage deductible, and over $15,000 in premium savings

Port Royal Condominium – Alexandria, VA: Broker partner increased or matched renewal coverage to expiring and saved the association $14,000 in premium

River Oaks Brookfield I – Woodbridge, VA: Incumbent carrier non-renewed due to losses and partner agent provided an admitted quote at a competitive premium

Oxford Hills HOA – Ruckersville, VA: Broker partner turned around a quote for this new development in less than 24 hours and saved the association 65% in annual premium
