The Ardsley Condominium – New York, NY: Obtained a savings of $18,000 on the renewal D&O Premium and reduced their retention from $25,000 to $5,000

Costa Bella Association – Miami, FL:  Partner agent delivered over $55,000 in annual savings by providing an extended term property policy.

The Vaux Condominium – New York, NY: Saved the community $7,000 on the package and obtained improved coverages

Alta Mar Condo – Fort Myers, FL: Saved the property $6,000 and moved the insurance from a Non-admitted to Admitted carrier

Kettering by the Park II Condominium – Marlboro, MD: Broker partner retained renewal by moving Property coverage from a Non-Admitted carrier to an Admitted carrier while saving the association over $5,000 in premium

Box Hill South HOA – Abingdon, MD: Association received increased Liability coverage and 28% in premium savings by switching to broker partner

River Falls HOA – Woodbridge, VA: Client received enhanced Property coverage with Guaranteed Replacement Cost and obtained 24% in premium savings by moving to broker partner at renewal
