Avenue Owners Association – Milpitas, CA (Assisted by Laura DeMello): Will increase portfolio’s average interest earned by over $4,700 (55% increase)

Eskaton Village Grass Valley – Grass Valley, CA (Assisted by Sierra Campbell): Increased portfolio’s average interest earned by over $4,000 and will assist with laddering their investments.

Sahara Mountain Vista – Las Vegas, NV (Assisted by Tina Liaos): Will increase portfolio’s average interest earned by over $3,000 (19% increase).

SkyBridge Lofts Condo Association – Austin, TX (Assisted by Lacy McKay): Will increase portfolio’s average interest earned by over $1,000 (481% increase).

Renaissance on the Ocean – Long Branch, NJ (Assisted by Sal Pirrera): Reallocated $419,415 to help the community earn an additional $2,365 per year.

Camden Crossing – Baltimore, MD (Assisted by Lisa Leidy): Reallocated $134,523 to help the community increase annual interest income by 135% per year.

Stone Creek Community Association – Ocala, FL (Assisted by Mary Anne Lynum): Reallocated $1,600,000 to reduce their uninsured funds and increased their annual interest to $43,000 a year.

The Club at Saint Lucie West – Port St. Lucie, FL (Assisted by Franchesca Rodriguez): Increased their annual interest earnings to $29,000 by reallocating $735,000.

La Mirage of Harbor Village – Aventura, FL (Assisted by John Paul Siervo): Reduced their exposure of uninsured funds by reallocating $697,500.

Insurance

Park Walk – Charlotte, NC (Assisted by Megan Smith): Coverage bound with partner broker through competitive bidding process; enhanced several coverages including Property, Crime, D&O, Umbrella, and decreased premium from expiring.

Northstone HOA – Charlotte, NC (Assisted by Joanne Blank): Coverage bound with partner broker through competitive bidding process; substantially increased coverage and provided a premium savings of 20% from expiring.

Tyler Woods – Charlotte, NC (Assisted by Megan Smith): Association moved coverage to partner broker for renewal; increased property values by over $5,000,000, enhanced several lines of coverage including Crime, Umbrella, and D&O, and provided a premium savings of 20% from expiring.

PSCC 787/The Ports of Old Port Credit – Mississauga, ON (Assisted by Nathan Browne): This condo saw a large increase in premium at renewal and we were able to provide much better coverage at a similar price than the incumbent.

TSCC 1904/Hyde Park Lofts & Flats – Phase IV – Toronto, ON (Assisted by Brenda Cameron): The board recognized the value in paying slightly more for much better protection.

The Quay – Edmonton Alberta (Assisted by Mauryn Laslo): Our partner was able to save the Corporation $5,900 in premium plus lower Water Damage/Sewer Backup deductibles and included more coverages such as Legal Expense, Terrorism and Environmental Liability.

Four Seasons at Lakewood Condominium – Lakewood, NJ (Assisted by Beth Duffy & Matthew Heon): By having FirstService assign markets and control the renewal process, the association saved over $18,000 with similar coverage by moving to a partner broker.

Parc East Condominium – Alexandria, VA (Assisted by Sandra Short): This new FirstService Residential client saved over $13,000 in premium with enhanced coverage by moving to partner broker.

Glenbrooke at Bridgewater Condominium Association – Bridgewater, NJ (Assisted by Barbara Polychronis): Client saved premium of over $22,000 with similar coverage by going to bid and renewing with the incumbent broker.

Fort Ellsworth Condominium – Alexandria, VA (Assisted by Marck Rossy): This new FirstService Residential client saved over $7,000 and received enhanced coverage by switching to partner broker at renewal.

Sadsbury Village – Parkesburg, PA (Assisted by Barbara Rufe): Association saved over $700 by switching to one of our partner brokers.

Battleground Estates – Fredericksburg, VA (Assisted by Tina-Marie Adams): Association was offered slightly better premiums by switching to one of our partner brokers and obtained more extensive crime coverages.

Villa Regina – Miami, FL (Assisted by John Fernandez): Secured a flat renewal for this client through partner agent.

Arte – Surfside, FL: Partner agent was able to secure best terms for brand new building.

Catalina HOA – Miami, FL (Assisted by Tara Walker): Secured renewal with partner agent 10% lower than expiring.

680 Lake Street Residence – Chicago, IL (Assisted by Margaret Shamberger): New acquisition to FirstService Residential received enhanced coverage, $15,000 reduction in deduction and $39,872 reduction in premium versus the incumbent by renewing with our partner broker.

Clock Tower Lofts– Chicago, IL (Assisted by Daniel Valdes): Association received a small savings in premium while enhancing mold coverage by $75,000, increasing crime limits by $800,000 and adding pollution coverage during renewal process.

Morningside Heights Housing Corp.– New York, NY (Assisted by Jim Hayden): Worked with our partner broker to save the association over $100,000 on their umbrella premium and doubled the limit from $5,000,000 to $10,000,000.
