Insurance

Homestead at Mansfield HOA – Columbus, NJ: The association moved to a partner broker mid-term and at renewal our partner saved the association over $16,000 with enhanced coverage

Providence View Condominium Association – Collegeville, PA: Association obtained enhanced coverage with Guaranteed Replacement Cost and saved over $12,000 by moving to partner broker at renewal

1200 Avenue at Port Imperial HOA – Weehawken, NJ: Broker partner marketed the account and saved the association $9,000 in premium with similar coverage

Four Winds at Oakton Condominium – Oakton, VA: Association received $20,000 in savings along with enhanced coverage by moving to broker partner at renewal

The Enclave Condominium – Fairfax, VA: Client obtained premium savings of over 24% by moving to partner agent

Carver Place HOA and Condominium – Arlington, VA: Both associations moved to broker partner at renewal with similar coverage to expiring; the HOA saved over 25% in annual premium and the Condo saved 3%

Cooper Arms – Los Angeles, CA: Increased property coverage, provided broader D&O coverage, doubled Fidelity limits bringing them into compliance and saved $27,000 annually equating to a 35% savings

Elan – Las Vegas, NV: Broadened property coverage and added umbrella program without increasing premium to provide client significantly improved overall coverage

Southview at Aventura – Aventura, FL: Broadened coverage and lowered deductibles by placing coverage with partner agent

Parc Condominium – Aventura, FL: Saved association over $100,000 on renewal
