INSURANCE PLACEMENTS

Boynton Leisureville Community, Inc – Boynton Beach, FL: Saved the association over 40% on renewal premium while providing more favorable deductibles & coverage enhancements

Great Island District – Plymouth, MA: Client received Flood, Earthquake and Ordinance or Law coverage that was previously excluded, along with over $11,000 in savings, when compared to the incumbent’s renewal premium by binding with broker partner

Preserves Master Community – Chino, CA: Broker partner was able to broaden coverage, include an umbrella that goes over the D&O and save client roughly $15,000 annually (nearly 40%)

Preserves Maintenance Corp – Chino, CA: Broker partner was able to broaden coverage and save about 10% annually

Radiance at Mission Bay  – San Francisco, CA: New client worked closely with transition team to bring D&O coverage into compliance while saving 20% annually

Five West I – Calgary, AL: Significantly increased coverages while saving on premium versus existing broker’s renewal

Beachview Condo – Destin, FL: Partner agent identified mistakes in exsiting policies and still renewed with no premium increase after Board expressed unhappiness with incumbent agent

Walker Whitney Plaza Condo – St. Petersburg, FL: Partner agent was able to secure a program with $7,000 savings while broadening the current coverages

Ocean Monarch – Pompano Beach, FL: Partner agent saved client over $23,000 in premium while lowering their hurricane deductible to 2% and adding $1,000,000 Wind Driven Rain

Artech Residences – Aventura, FL: Association saved over $78,000 and lowered the hurricane deductible by renewing with partner agent
