The Villages at Rittenhouse HOA Inc – Clementon, NJ (Assisted by Cheri Buriak): The account renewed with Farmers, saving over $1,000 on premium while adding coverage for Cyber Liability

Paoli Woods HOA – Paoli, PA (Assisted by Josh Rozzi): New client to FirstService Residential saved over $6,000 in premium with Earthquake coverage that was previously excluded by moving mid-term to partner agent

Potomac Green Condo UA – Ashburn, VA (Assisted by Mark Walker): Association moved to partner broker at renewal and received Guaranteed Replacement Cost, Flood Coverage, Environmental Impairment Liability and a higher Umbrella limit for the same cost as the incumbent’s renewal

Park Summit Condo – Gaithersburg, MD (Assisted by Andrea Beaird): Client moved to partner agent and saved over $8,000 in annual premium with Extended Replacement Cost coverage

Laing at Milestone Condo – Germantown, MD (Assisted by Lisa Waters & Staci Gelfound): Association received significantly better coverage by moving to broker partner at renewal with around $2,000 in savings
