Great Island District HOA – Plymouth, MA: Reallocated $2,000,000 in reserve balances to help client increase annual interest income by $10,354 per year

The Grandview Condominium – Quincy, MA: Reallocated $600,000 in reserve balances, adding $3,004 per year of interest income

Lakeview Garden Apartments – Natick, MA: Client increased annual interest by $3,089 by reallocating $1,000,000 in reserve balances

Goose Creek Master Association – Middleburg, VA : Reallocated $800,000 in reserve balances to increase yearly interest by $3,923

Summerfield at Brambleton – Ashburn, VA: Increased client’s annual interest income by $2,031 by reallocating reserve portfolio

Cimarrone POA – Saint Johns, FL: Reallocated over $1,000,000 in reserve balances to increase interest income by $5,836 annually

Jade Owners Association – Oakland, CA: Reallocated balances to fully insure client portfolio and earn additional $2,400 per year of interest

Trails at Etiwanda – Etiwanda, CA: Designated as Agent to manage $1,100,000 portfolio; increased annual interest by 1022% ($12,000)

Spring Mountain Ranch Master – Las Vegas, NV: Designated as Agent to manage $2,100,000 portfolio; helped client fully insure portfolio and increased annual interest yield by $27,000

The Highlands – San Antonio, TX: Reallocated reserve balance to help client earn an additional $600 per year of interest

 

INSURANCE PLACEMENTS

Downtown Condo – New York, NY: Broker partner successfully negotiated an alternative option to the association’s incumbent carrier that resulted in over $100,000 (23%) in premium savings to our client

Savoy – Calgary, AB: With a pending premium increase of $6,400 through the incumbent broker, our broker partner saved client over 20% in premium and offered more insurance coverages than prior year

Eton Square Condominium – Alexandria, VA: Broker partner enhanced Property and Umbrella coverage and reduced Property and Crime deductibles while saving the association over $56,000

Pawley’s Pavilion HOA – Pawley’s Island, SC: Client obtained premium savings over $18,000 by switching to broker partner at renewal

Centreville Crossing Condominium – Centreville, VA: Broker partner reduced Property, Water Damage and Umbrella deductibles, improved General Liability and Crime coverage and provided a premium reduction of over $48,000

Fox Mill Station – Herndon, VA: Partner agent enhanced Property and Crime coverage, reduced D&O deductible and saved client over 40%

Portofino Towers and Portofino Master – Miami Beach, FL: Delivered over $85,000 savings for both Associations; added Wind Driven Rain with a $500,000 limit

MEi Condominium Association – Miami Beach, FL: Partner agent saved client over $40,000 while decreasing Hurricane Deductible to 2%

Mystic 400 – Aventura, FL: Client saved over $38,000 by switching to partner agent

Bayfront Tower – St. Petersburg, FL: Saved client 20% on premium ($85,000) while adding coverage for water damage and valet liability, offering broader glass coverage, and reducing wind deductible to 2%

Monument at Lone Mountain – Las Vegas, NV: Saved client over $5,000 annually by switching client to partner broker and NV HOA program, including wind coverage for outdoor/natural property
