In Memoriam
Drew Ahrensdorf
Honoring the life of Drew Ahrensdorf

It is with deep sadness that we inform you that our colleague and friend Drew Ahrensdorf passed away in a tragic accident while in Fort Lauderdale for the holidays. Drew was a valued member of the FirstService team for 12 years. Based in New York City, he was most recently serving as Vice President for Cash Management at FirstService Financial.
Drew always challenged us to be better.
He was driven to excellence with a quality focus for raising the bar in business and life.
Drew LOVED his job and he was fiercely loyal to his friends, co-workers and clients. Drew cherished his relationships and thrived on connecting with a range of people every day. He cultivated deep connections throughout his client base, FirstService staff, and a broad network of industry and banking partners.
Everyone liked Drew because he was genuine, sincere, and could light up any room. He was outgoing and extroverted, and this was contagious; as much as he was hard-charging and driven, he enjoyed having fun and being surrounded by good friends and colleagues. He was a generous collaborator, regularly offering gratitude and positive feedback, and always trying to help others in their career by networking and giving back.
We are in touch with Drew’s family and have them in our thoughts. No formal service is being planned at this time.
Drew had a God-given gift of tremendous heart and he cared deeply about his colleagues, his friends, and his family. We miss him terribly, but will be celebrating his life with good memories.
I am grateful that I had a chance to know and be inspired by Drew in his short, yet meaningful, life.
